If you want to get any product exchanged, you can visit any of Diners outlet. Or to opt for an online exchange, you have to send it to our factory address.

NO CASH REFUNDS - Only E-Vouchers will be issued for any returned/exchanged article of the same value valid for the Online Store ONLY, which can be used immediately or in the future.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Items not Allowed for Exchange:
Articles purchased on discount campaigns or on sale are not qualified for exchange. Similarly, Fragrances, Accessories (except Belts) cannot be exchanged.

For sale orders, exchanges will only be provided for valid reasons.
Articles are qualified for change only if they are unused, all tags are intact, the packing is in its original condition and the original invoice is present. Also, state a valid reason for requesting an exchange, such as if the article is defective, in the wrong size, or incorrect.

2. Condition Leather: Apply a suitable leather conditioner to prevent dryness and maintain flexibility, ensuring a longer lifespan for your shoes.
3. Shape Maintenance: Use shoe trees after each wear to preserve the shape of your shoes and prevent unsightly creases.
4. Polish for Protection: Restore color and create a protective layer with quality shoe polish, buffing gently to enhance the overall appearance.
5. Proper Storage: Store shoes in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, utilizing shoe trees or crumpled newspaper to retain their form.
6. Weather Caution: Avoid exposing leather shoes to extreme weather conditions or rough terrain to prevent damage, scuffs, and scratches.
7. Suede Care (if applicable): For suede shoes, use a suede brush or eraser to gently remove stains and scuffs, avoiding water to maintain the material's integrity.
